COVID-19 Guidelines

We Are Open — Read Our Plan

We depend upon and appreciate your support and compliance of our Safe Workplace Rules and Response Plan

Following Virginia lifting business restrictions, we have taken responsible steps to keep members and employees safe,
maintain healthy business operations, and a clean safe workspace.

The sources of these Rules and this Plan include the Forward Virginia Phase Three Guidelines published by the official site of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the Interim Guidance for Businesses and Employers to Plan and Respond to Coronavirus Disease 2019, published by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

Rowan Tree has implemented and will continue to take the following steps to maintain a healthy work environment:

  • Provide hand sanitizers, cleaning supplies, and tissues in multiple locations
  • Remind members and visitors to wear a mask and distance based on comfort level and vaccination status
  • Perform routine cleaning and disinfection
  • Cap occupancy at 50% of workspace capacity
  • Require employees to follow CDC guidelines in carrying out responsibilities
