Yoga for Stress Relief

Did you know that more than 75% of all doctor’s office visit are for stress-related ailments and that 43% of all adults suffer adverse health effects from stress? Thankfully we have many of the tools we need for stress relief within.
Rowan Tree is hosting a workshop with Gretchen Schutte that teaches you how to use movement, mindfulness, and breath to bring peace to your life. You will explore different types of movement, mindfulness practices, and breath work, practice the techniques, and have the opportunity to develop your own self-care plan for reducing stress in your life.
This workshop is suitable for all levels of practice, including those new to yoga. Coffee and Tea included.
